Job Description
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.
Requirements
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Prepares invoices for mailing by matching packing slips to invoice.
- Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities such as filing and related tasks.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
