Engineer, Process Development

The Process Development Engineer will serve as the primary product expert for Final Test, supporting ATCB’s key objectives in Quality, Output, and Cost. The role ensures that products delivered to customers meet all specifications and performance requirements, and drives yield improvement, resolves quality issues, and enhances overall test and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the semiconductor industry as a Product Engineer, Test Engineer, or Test Product Engineer
• Knowledge of PowerMOS products is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of fab, assembly, and test processes.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tester software and test program development.
• Strong data analytics skills, with experience in tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Exensio, Statistica, JMP, and Minitab.
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Project management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills; adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership capability; experience in managing or mentoring team members is an advantage
