Job Description
Internal Auditor (Sr.) position to support the Internal Audit team in Hamburg, Germany, responsible for performing audit activities, risk management, and controls over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with regulations. The role requires a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, and minimum 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as Internal Auditor
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- Professional qualifications such as CIA / ACCA / CPA are desirable
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, any other language is a plus
