Associate ROCC Operator

The Associate ROCC Operator is an entry-level role within the Renewable Operations Control Center (ROCC) that monitors and operates renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and battery storage. The role combines technical skills with foundational engineering tasks, focusing on real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and restoration of renewable generation assets.

Requirements

• Associate degree in technical field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or related technical field
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
