Inshorts - Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a full time Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to translate product requirements into elegant, user-centric experiences — from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes. You’ll also help define and maintain a scalable design system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with product team
• Deep understanding of UX principles, graphic and motion design and design patterns
• Expert in Figma, (auto layout, components, variants, libraries)
• Experience building and managing design systems
• Ability to generate multiple design approaches and validate them
• Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing
• Basic knowledge Figma Make, Google Stitch
