SoftDel - Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage software projects in embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a strong background in leading and managing projects. The role involves planning, executing, and controlling projects, as well as mentoring and developing a team of less than 40 people.

Requirements

• Plan and manage the project: Scope, Work Plan, Resourcing, Cost and Schedule
• Staff the project: Recruitment, Interview, Manage Staff, Team Training/Orientation
• Project Execution: Execution as per plan, Monitor, Control, Communication
• Manages project team
• Manages business development
• Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification
• Provide thought leadership, strategy and leading innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking and implementing technologies for continuous evolution of architecture and technology stack
• Apply new technologies and product innovations to optimize customer experience and monetization opportunities
• Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity
