Key responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, business process analysis, documentation and reporting, requirements elicitation, data analysis, project management support, technical collaboration, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in business analysis, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
