Senior Backend Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer to join our team at Hudle, a sports tech company that enables 100 million Indians to play active sport as a way of life through cutting edge technology and on-ground expertise.

What You Will Do

Build cutting edge, large scale web and mobile products, write high quality code on technology stacks including NodeJs, NestJs, React, AWS, MySQL & Laravel, manage software projects using tools like JIRA, Trello, Slack and others.

4+ years of relevant software development experience, bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field, fluency or understanding of specific languages, strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Javascript, Typescript, AWS, PHP, SQL
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a group
• Experience in internet/ Startups/ product development companies is preferred
