Senior MySQL DBA

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior MySQL DBA with 4+ years of experience in MySQL Community and Enterprise Database to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of MYSQL architecture, replication, clustering, tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with installation and configuration of MYSQL on Linux and Windows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in MySQL Community and Enterprise Database
• Good knowledge of MYSQL architecture
• Knowledge on MYSQL replication Master-Master and Master slave and troubleshooting
• Must have knowledge of setting MYSQL clustering, tuning, troubleshooting
• Must have good knowledge of Performance tuning of MYSQL databases.
• Must have good knowledge of MYSQL database up-gradation
• Installation and configuration of MYSQL on Linux, Windows.
• Understanding MYSQL Backup & Recovery.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize and plan work independently.
• Ability to automate day-to-day tasks with Unix shell scripting.
