The ideal candidate will have proven creative leadership, strong design taste, and fluency in AI tools like Cursor and Claude. The role involves building AI-first creative workflows, managing a team, and connecting creative output to business results. Requirements

• Proven creative leadership in a marketing, brand, or agency environment
• Strong design taste and visual judgment
• Fluency in Cursor and Claude as primary creative tools
• Experience producing marketing creative: landing pages, digital ads, campaign assets, brand design, video
• A portfolio of functioning projects you've built with AI tools
• Comfort working in code
