Role Overview

The Construction Crewman - Tower-CDL Driver will be responsible for laying out sites, installing tower foundations, and performing other construction tasks. The role requires a valid CDL and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You Will Do

The Construction Crewman - Tower-CDL Driver will be responsible for excavating, forming, and pouring tower foundation spread footings, forming footings, walls, and slabs, tie rebar mats, and cages, and performing other construction tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, experience with basic hand tools, and a valid CDL. The role requires the ability to lift/pull heavy equipment, work in outdoor elements, and climb extended heights.

• Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
• Ability to climb extended heights upwards of 200'
• Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check
