Role Overview

NextLink Labs is hiring a Project Manager to join our growing consulting practice. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management background in software and technology consulting, combined with the empathy, customer-obsession, and organizational rigor that come from years of operating in a professional services environment.

What You Will Do

Lead client engagements end-to-end, develop detailed project plans, manage scope against the SOW, drive project schedule and scope, own internal logistics, maintain PM compliance and reporting responsibilities, and build and maintain client trust.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional project management experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role, and experience managing software or technology engagements with delivery teams of 5 or more.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional project management experience
• 3+ years in a client-facing Project Manager role
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience managing software or technology engagements with delivery teams of 5 or more
• CSM or equivalent agile certification
• Ability to leverage multiple project management methodologies
• Experience with budget management and forecasting on client engagements
• Strong scope management and change-order negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
