Job Description
ng-voice is seeking a VP of People & Culture to shape the organizational evolution of its next generation of 100% software-based mobile networks. The role involves designing and implementing scalable HR systems, leading team development, enhancing talent acquisition, and fostering a collaborative culture that drives innovation and performance. This is a pivotal opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR leader.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience
- Proven ability to design and implement people systems
