Senior Trainer (Brickwork Apprenticeship)

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate Senior Trainer to lead the delivery of our Brickwork Apprenticeship Programme at Barking. You'll be at the heart of developing the next generation of skilled bricklayers, shaping training that meets both industry and regulatory standards.

What You Will Do

Delivering high-quality brickwork training and assessment to apprentices, supporting their progress through regular reviews, feedback and guidance, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted, ESFA and NHBC quality standards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Proven experience delivering successful apprenticeship training, strong technical knowledge of modern house building and NHBC Standards, and excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering successful apprenticeship training, ideally in construction or bricklaying
• Strong technical knowledge of modern house building and NHBC Standards
• Qualified assessor and/or teacher (or working towards)
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities
• Passionate about developing others and maintaining high standards in training delivery
• Full UK driving licence and relevant trade qualification (minimum Level 2 in Bricklaying)
