Production Operator

We're looking for a Production Operator to join our team at Niagara. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The role involves ensuring the production floor meets safety, quality, and production goals, and requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Daily operations of the production floor
• Ensuring product meets safety, quality, and throughput standards
• Accurate completion of quality and production reports
• Physical and visual inspection of product
• Maintenance of general housekeeping in production areas
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
