Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience acting with third-line support
- Solid knowledge of networks and TCP/IP protocols
- Advanced experience in Microsoft environments, including Windows servers, farms, VMs, gateways, and brokers
- Experience with Azure environment administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of digital certificate management and CRLs
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex infrastructure and network problems
- Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented profile
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different technical teams
