NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale in-product lifecycle experiences. This role will focus on developing strategies to introduce personalized in-product messaging throughout the customer lifecycle, driving activation, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Braze or comparable platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys
- Proficiency working with data, metrics, and experimentation
- Excellent attention to detail and execution quality
