Staff UX Product Designer

NinjaTrader is seeking a Staff UX Product Designer to shape the future of trader engagement. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product design, a proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions, and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. The role will involve leading and driving design for the Trader Engagement vertical, building an intuitive hub for content creators, and collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Deep understanding of modern design tools and processes
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in a collaborative environment
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
