Job Description
Nitra is seeking a Product Launch Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for their new subsidiary, Health & Wellness. The role involves market research, brand development, launch execution, scaling to a high-revenue business, and team growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty/aesthetic retail, medspas, or wellness space, and a zero-to-one mindset.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product launches, brand management, or operations
- Experience with product sourcing, private label formulation, and vendor/CMO relationships
- Commercial fluency and a zero-to-one mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with medspa retail or aesthetic practice sales channels
