The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and experience in managing teams operating under Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of application development and release management
- Experience working on APIs and enterprise integrations is a plus
- Track record of shipping user-focused applications and products
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices such as CI/CD, unit testing, and version control (Git)
- Proven experience leading teams using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Ability to quickly build trust, motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and marketing teams
