Property Damage Rep II - Total Loss

New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJM) is seeking a Property Damage Rep II to handle, settle, and close property damage (automobile) claims deemed a total loss. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of property damage claims experience and strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of property damage claims experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver a high-quality customer service experience
• Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Technical aptitude, including a working knowledge with Microsoft Office
