Job Description
This role involves collaborating with clinical departments to translate requirements into system configurations, leading the implementation of new features, and ensuring system stability. The analyst will also provide system guidance, perform gap analysis, monitor performance, and develop documentation for clinical applications.
Requirements
- Collaborate with clinical departments to gather requirements.
- Plan, test, deploy, and support new features and modules for clinical systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications like HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS, and PACS.
- Perform gap analyses and workflow studies.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
- Develop user manuals and documentation.
- Conduct audits and quality checks.
- Assist with change management initiatives.
- Liaise with application vendors.
