Job Description
The Lifeguard will be responsible for guarding the pool, controlling activity, and ensuring the safety of members and employees. This role involves enforcing YMCA policies, responding to emergencies, and maintaining pool area. The role requires strong customer service skills and a cooperative attitude.
Requirements
- 15 years of age
- Current YMCA or ARC lifeguard Certification
- Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, First Aid, O2 certification
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred)
