Job Description
We're working with a growing technology leader in the energy trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM) space, known for its mission-critical software platform. We're looking for a CTRM Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore team.
Requirements
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and integration projects
- Provide technical support and training for a CTRM platform
- Assist in pre-sales activities including demos and client presentations
- Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Communicate client requirements effectively to technical teams and contribute to system documentation
