Operations Team Member

Role Overview

The job holder is responsible for completing roles and jobs that require minimal training but deliver a significant return to the business in its overall operation. Ensures compliance with BRCGS standards, legal compliance, food safety, and product quality.

What You Will Do

Packing, stacking, inspection, checking, weighing, quality conformance, basic machine operation, unjamming, restarting, basic hygiene activities, and other reasonable requests.
