Client Onboarding Associate role at Nomura, responsible for leading end-to-end client onboarding, driving client excellence, and championing process innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years on-boarding experience, preferably dealing with financial institutional clients.
- FINRA Series 99 & SIE licenses (must be obtained by day one or within first 6 months of employment)
- Working knowledge of derivative products, ISDA/LFC onboarding processes, and Dodd Frank and EMIR regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of US AML/KYC regulatory requirements (familiarity with EMEA regimes a plus).
- Proven track record of project leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environment where you thrive under pressure.
- Natural talent for client-focused service with excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Team player with ability to build consensus.
- Organized with high attention to detail and able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage high volume requests, while being flexible and dynamic in execution
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams, is a plus.
