Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in building mechanics, including project coordination or management
- Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
- Certification from ASP Construction for the General Health and Safety Course on Construction Sites
- Good mastery of French, both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software (asset)
- Ability to demonstrate autonomy and take initiatives
- Effective time and priority management, while working harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team
- Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and attention to detail
- Excellent reputation for your rigor and integrity
