As Legal Counsel Corporate, you will support the Corporate Legal Department of a publicly traded company and advise on central issues of corporate and capital markets law.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and capital markets law
- Experience in handling complex legal questions and collaborating with management and supervisory bodies
