
Job description
The Senior Data Analyst translates and programs vast amounts of data into understandable, relevant, and actionable information. They interface with business units across the ministry and utilize their expertise to provide business insights, design and deliver reports, and drive self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
Identifies and understands data, partners with business unit teams, translates data needs, develops auditing and validation processes, develops and delivers reports, investigates and designs best practices, mentors and coaches the Analytics Delivery team, and engages in coding.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, or Information Systems and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience. Preferred skills include Epic Clarity Certification, Financial Reporting Experience, and BI tools.
