Role Overview

We are looking for a Level 1 Technician to provide technical and operational support to our computer systems and peripheral equipment. The role involves first-level call attention, preparation of computers, escalating requests, and identifying and resolving technical problems.

Requirements

• Higher Professional Training in computer science, telecommunications, or similar
• Certifications: ITIL Foundations
• 2 years of experience performing similar functions
