Technical Specialist CRM

Hydro Global Business Services is seeking a Technical Specialist CRM to join the CRM Team, responsible for the application management of Salesforce, with main tasks related to secure and efficient operations of Salesforce and its related tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, SOQL
• Salesforce Administrator certification mandatory and Platform Developer I certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time Management skills
• Attention to detail
• Accountability (Taking responsibility for one’s actions and decisions)
• Self-awareness (Understanding one’s strengths and weaknesses and how they impact others)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
