Facilities & Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager at North Coast will be responsible for managing and leading the maintenance team to ensure production equipment & facilities are efficiently operating within the seafood manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• 5+ years with increasingly responsible management positions in industrial maintenance
• Diverse background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing experience
• Food industry background preferred; Seafood industry experience is a plus
• Proven leader in improving work processes and leading change in a complex, fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven maintenance planning skills
• Proven equipment diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Able to manage priorities and complexities, strong multitasking skills
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, training, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations
• Understand OSHA/FDA/USDA requirements in a seafood manufacturing environment
• Intermediate computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
