Prospect Research Manager

Join the Northwest Air Ambulance Charity as a Prospect Research Manager to lead the development of fundraising intelligence and insight across major donor fundraising, trusts and foundations, and corporate partnerships. This role will directly contribute to keeping our helicopters flying and critical care teams operational across the North West.

Requirements

• Significant experience in prospect research focused on high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate supporters
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly
• Experience using CRM systems and prospect management processes
• Knowledge of fundraising compliance, ethics and data protection regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
