Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Perform general office and clerical duties
• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
• Provide information or assistance regarding departmental programs and/or services
• Assist with logistics such as setup, sign-in, communication, and materials preparation
• Participate in short-term research or Departmental Special Projects
• Assist in creating flyers or promotional materials using templates or software
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects
