Senior Property Accountant

The Senior Property Accountant manages financial accounting for multiple properties, including reporting, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and journal entries. Supports accurate property financial management, analyzes variances, and improves operational performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager strongly preferred
• Proficient in accrual accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, and budgeting
• Commercial property experience and CAM reconciliation experience preferred
