NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) seeks a Part-Time Adjunct Faculty, Clinical Nursing to instruct and guide students in clinical and educational settings. Requirements

• Maintain clinical and educational competencies relevant to instructional areas
• Ensure safe faculty-to-student ratios in clinical settings
• Support and implement the Nursing Program's philosophy, curriculum, and goals
• Plan, coordinate, and sustain effective clinical learning environments
• Foster critical thinking and meaningful learning experiences
• Evaluate student performance using approved methods
• Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and committees
• Advise and support nursing students
• Comply with professional dress code and perform additional duties as assigned
