Job Description
The 12-month Custodian position will perform basic housekeeping duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet and upholstery, dusting and polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work from a 4ft step ladder, continuously walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, and squat
- Must be able to perform limited high work requiring stretching and reaching above head and shoulders
- Minimum one (1) year experience and working knowledge with janitorial equipment and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
