Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee project completion under budget and on schedule, managing costs, time, quality, and safety, and coordinating with various teams and subcontractors.
Requirements
- 5 years or more experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience on in-fill type project sites and large-scale multi-family projects
- Experience in four (4) to five (5) story wood Frame Construction
