
Job description
The Account Manager will establish a working relationship with assigned clients, serve as a client advocate, and ensure quality delivery of services and solutions. This role is hybrid, with in-person collaboration 3 days a week and flexibility to work from home on Monday and Fridays.
Manage account relationships, lead sales process, identify growth opportunities, develop and maintain relationships, achieve sales quotas, and monitor account satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts, be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, solution-oriented, and have a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
