Retail Operations Team Member

Retail Operations Team Member responsible for proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, ensuring increased profitability and growth of the store, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds, and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques.
