Engineering Manager

Nourish is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to drive execution of complex initiatives, and contribute directly to our codebase and technical direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern full-stack technologies
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams in a scaling environment
• Highly proficient with React, Typescript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or similar modern stacks
• Ability to balance people leadership with technical depth, delivery focus, and clarity in ambiguous contexts
