Requirements
- Learning how to repair and troubleshoot copiers and network connectivity
- Following procedures for removal and delivery of equipment
- Installing equipment on-site and making necessary adjustments
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients
- Inventory management
- Basic network connectivity / installations
- Accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and accessories
- Identifying cost-effective troubleshooting procedures
