Job Description
Novatech is a Managed Office Provider seeking a Client Solutions Technician to provide technical diagnostics and repair to existing client accounts. The role involves performing preventative maintenance and repair services on office equipment, maintaining a rapport with clients, and documenting service actions. The ideal candidate is a technically-minded professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for selling and providing best service for customers, and experience servicing copiers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience servicing copiers
- Experience working on Canon, Konica Minolta, HP, and/or Xerox office products
- CompTIA A+ or Network + certifications a plus but not required
- A mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Factory training or applicable certifications are preferred
- A valid driver's license
