Process Engineer I - SDF

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Process Engineer I to improve and develop systems and equipment for core processes in their Emerging Technologies - Solid Dosage Forms US facility in Durham, NC. The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering and experience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• One (1) year of engineering experience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification/equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Process Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) systems
