
Job description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will demonstrate maximum efficiency within a manufacturing facility in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, People, and Continuous Improvement. The goal is to transfer knowledge, network, and leverage best practices within manufacturing sites to develop a Lean Management System.
Manage the CI budget, conduct presentations to group leaders, drive targeted improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, and execute continuous improvement projects within the plant.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of lean and quality experience in complex manufacturing environments, with experience in statistical methods, process improvement techniques, and project management.
