EHS Manager

Role Overview

The Site EHS Manager leads Environmental, Health & Safety strategy for the Chelmsford, MA facility, ensuring legal compliance, driving continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance, and embedding a strong safety culture across operations.

What You Will Do

Organize and direct the site's Safety Committee, develop and deliver safety training, oversee the investigation of work-related illnesses and injuries, manage emergency response plans, and prepare OSHA and other governmental reports.

Requirements

• BS degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or an environmental-related discipline
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and manage time effectively
• Ability to function under pressure and to prioritize numerous tasks with conflicting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional business hours as needed
