Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control teams to maximize production results while staying within cost targets. This position will be responsible for improving operating performance, reducing waste and delays, and promoting cost reductions for the facility.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership for Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control, manage the capital budget, develop technical talent, and assure plant facilities and production equipment are properly maintained.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in engineering
