
Job description
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and designated Shift Leads, this position is responsible for operating bag line equipment in order to produce printed and functional paper bags following quality specifications.
Setup and operate bag machine(s) and support equipment to convert paper to bags, read and verify line orders/dockets, understand printing job requirements, set up the bag line, troubleshoot stoppages and breakdowns, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Ability to work 12 hour day and night rotating shift, work overtime as required, and satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management.
