Maintenance Technician I

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician at Pactiv Evergreen Plant City is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. The role requires excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in the maintenance field, preferably in manufacturing. The Maintenance Technician is a team player with good communication skills and able to interact with all areas of the facility in a team environment, and is committed to excellence.

What You Will Do

Specific tasks include answering calls and repairing broken equipment, completing Work Orders, performing PM on sealers, presses, and plant equipment, ordering/receiving/rebuilding/repairing/inventorying parts, managing projects to reduce downtime/waste/costs, interacting with vendors and contractors, and other duties as assigned.
