Operator Associate

Role Overview

As an Operator Associate at Novolex, you will consistently and safely operate machines at or above standard levels of operation, troubleshoot and correct machine-related problems, and provide innovative solutions for production issues. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be part of a team. The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating machines, troubleshooting and correcting machine-related problems, providing support and guidance to less experienced personnel, and completing end-of-shift paperwork. You will also be responsible for inspecting and recognizing defective product and making machine adjustments to correct the cause of defects.
